Which material do you use for your Paplebags?

We use washable paper for our Paplebags that looks and feels like leather. It is a 100% vegan fabric out of processed paper.

What does the processed paper of your Paplebags consist of exactly?

Our special paper consists of a paper-synthetic-mix with more than 60% of cellulose, latex, color pigments and water.

Paper bags – How durable are your bags?

Paplebags are absolutely tear-proof, wear resistant and durable. Moreover, the materials` surface is non-abrasive and neither forms lint nor nodules.

Can I wash my Paplebag with my washing machine?

Yes. All our Paplebag products are washable with your washing machine up to 40°C/104°F (please use delicate wash programs only).

Paper can be very heavy. Is this also the case with your bags?

No, quite the opposite is the case: Paplebags are light as a feather and are not comparable with a normal leather or synthetic leather bag concerning the weight. Paplebags are much lighter than those are.

 

Can I wash your bags with detergents?

Yes. However, we strongly advise to wash our Paplebags with normal detergents only (with washing powder or liquid detergent) without any fabric softeners.

Does the fabric change its surface when I wash the Paplebag?

With every washing cycle, the processed paper equals the structure of leather more and more. Moreover, the material also gets softer and suppler.

Does my Paplebag loose color when I wash it?

It is possible that the material loses slightly of its color when you wash it for the first time. Due to this, we advise to wash your Paplebag separately, at least in the beginning.

Are Paplebags suitable for my tumble dryer?

Yes. Paplebags are suitable for your tumble dryer (please use gentle drying programs only). It is also possible to let our product air dry.

Does your Paplebags contain pentachlorophenol (PCP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or Bisphenol A (BPA)?

No. Our Paplebags are free of pentachlorophenol (PCP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and Bisphenol A (BPA) and are neither harmful to health nor to the environment.

Got animals harmed during the production of your bags?

No. All Paplebags are produced 100% vegan and the processed paper does not contain any animal products.

Payment Methodes

We offer the following payment methods:iDEAL

iDEAL is an online bank system, which allows you to make direct online payments from your familiar e-banking environment. iDEAL payments are not processed through an acquirer, but each bank has his own processor. Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING bank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, Fortis, SNS Regio Bank and ASN Bank are joining iDEAL. If you decide to pay by iDEAL, select your Bank and follow the given steps.

PAYPAL PLUS

PayPal Plus contains 4 different payment methods: Paypal, direct debit, credit card and payment on invoice (for payment methods direct debit, credit card and payment on invoice you do not need a separate Paypal account).

CREDITCARD

An other option is to pay by creditcard. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you pay by creditcard, please select your relevant creditcard company and proceed to the payment.

COUPONCODES

Items on sale can’t be purchased with couponcodes.

Shipping

The following shipping costs are only valid for end customers. We charge different shipping costs for resellers.

1. Germany
The shipping cost is € 3.90 for orders up to 50 €.
From a gross order value of 50 € we ship free shipping within Germany.

2. Netherlands, Belgium and Austria
The shipping cost is € 6.90 for orders up to 50 €.
From a gross order value of 50 € it is free shipping.

3. Other countries
On demand.

Delivery
Shipping takes place as an insured package with DPD parcel service. When a product is in stock, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no delivery. If a product is not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery period gets extended accordingly, this is pointed out on the product page.

On the day of shipping you will automatically receive an email from us with accurate package tracking information.

Returns

Our aim is to deliver a perfect product. Nevertheless, if you are not satisfied with your online order from Paplebag, you can return your products within 14 days after receiving your order. Please take good care of them, and return the products in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

If the conditions mentioned above are complied with, we offer you several options.
You can choose to pick another product from Paplebag Collection or exchange your product to a different colour that is available. If the alternative product has a lower price, we can reimburse you any price difference. (International) shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable. Another option is to refund the price paid for the product. We will transfer the money within 10 working days after receiving your retour.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS?

To return an item, please fill in the return form. Our customer care department will handle your return. Please note that we need to register your return within 10 working days once you have received your order and that we will not be responsible for the delivery costs for these returns.

Please note that your item must be returned to us within 14 days and that any postage costs for a return are to be paid for by the customer.

DEFECTS

Defect product procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to vertrieb@paplebag.com, please include a clear picture of the defect and a copy of your receipt.

2. Your product will be replaced by a new one. When it is not on stock, we will contact you for another solution.
